5. Install new shingles with 6 nails according to the manufacturer specifications.
6. Real Starter shingles are installed and all edges cemented.
7. Install new hip and ridge shingles.
8. Replace and paint all the plumbing boots with aluminum ones that are painted to match the roof color. 
9. Clean and dispose of all debris properly and we roll your property with magnets.
10. 1 YEAR WRITTEN LABOR WARRANTY 90 day 100% Warranty on Everything.
11. Shingles and materials carry specified manufacturers warranty.
12. Owner supervised installation and Insurance Claim Assistance is provided free of charge.
